• Charles River Bike Path - 23 miles of paths along the Charles River in Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Newton, and Waltham including a 17 mile loop on both sides of the river between Watertown and the Museum of Science.
• Minuteman Bikeway - 10 mile bike path the runs between Cambridge and Bedford (via Arlington and Lexington).
• Bruce Freeman Rail Trail - A 12-mile bike path from Acton to Lowell.
• Cape Cod Rail Trail - A 22 mile bike path on Cape Cod from Dennis to Wellfleet.
• Nashua River Rail Trail - A 13 mile bike path in Central Mass and New Hampshire.
• Northern Strand Community Trail - A 10 mile, partially paved, partially unpaved path from Everett to Lynn via Malden, Saugus, and Revere.
• Cape Cod Canal Bike Path - A 14 mile loop around the Cape Cod Canal.
• Border to Boston Trail - A partially completed, 28-mile trail (10 of which are completed, paved, and off road) from Peabody to Salisbury.
• Blackstone River Greenway - A partially completed, 48-mile trail (18 of which are completed, paved, and off road) in Central Mass and Rhode Island.
• Boston Harborwalk - A series of somewhat loosely connected paths along the Boston waterfront, that you could string together for a meandering ride.
• Washington Secondary Rail Trail - A 19 mile bike path in Rhode Island.
• East Bay Bike Path - A 15 mile bike path in Rhode Island.
